Refund & Return Policy

At Qomoor, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Guarantee
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Please contact our support team before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
After review, we may offer one of the following solutions at no additional cost to you:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A full refund
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once the shipping carrier confirms that the package is lost, we may provide either a replacement shipment or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Please note that packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier may require additional verification before a claim can be approved.
Change of Mind Returns
If you ordered the wrong item, selected the wrong size, or changed your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in these cases. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
We will cover return shipping costs only when:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged during shipping
- The wrong item was sent by us
For all other return requests, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After an order enters processing or has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.
Fraud Prevention
To protect both our customers and our business, Qomoor reserves the right to refuse refunds, returns, replacements, or claims in cases involving:
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of our return policy
- Excessive return history
- False claims regarding delivery or product condition
- Returned items that do not meet our eligibility requirements
We may request additional information or documentation before approving a claim.
Shipping Information
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Varies by destination and service selected at checkout
Delivery times may be affected by holidays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. While we will do our best to assist with address corrections, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or shipped.
