The hooded cape has an open front and a neck ribbon, with satin and tulle textures. Bell ornaments have their own clips; the set also includes safety pins for decorating. Remove the ornaments before gently spot cleaning the cape. Wipe accessories separately and air dry. An adult should handle the safety pins.
