MASKS & PROP QUESTIONS
Before you choose
Quick guidance on fit, visibility, materials, included pieces, styling and age suitability.
How do I choose the right mask size and fit?
Check the mask’s measurements, intended age group, closure and adjustability on the product page. Compare the width and height with your face and consider whether you will wear makeup, glasses or a wig underneath. A mask should stay secure without painful pressure. Try it in a safe indoor area before wearing it for a long event.
Can I see and breathe comfortably while wearing the mask?
Visibility and airflow vary by design. Review the eye-opening, mouth-opening and ventilation details shown for the specific mask, then test it before the event in a well-lit, obstacle-free area. Remove the mask if it limits breathing, causes dizziness or blocks safe movement. Do not drive, cycle or use stairs while wearing a mask with restricted vision.
What materials are Qomoor masks and props made from?
Materials differ by product and may affect weight, flexibility, finish and care. Check the individual page for the listed construction instead of assuming from a photograph. If you have a skin sensitivity or material concern, review the available information before purchase and avoid prolonged direct contact until you have tested the item safely.
What is included with a mask or prop?
The product page should list the mask or prop and every included attachment, strap, accessory or display component. Costumes, wigs, makeup and background items shown in styled images are not included unless the written contents list says they are. Also check whether batteries, stakes, stands or replacement parts are required and supplied.
How do I pair a mask or prop with a costume?
Match the item to the costume’s character, color and scale. A detailed mask often works best with a simpler costume, while a basic mask can be strengthened with a coordinating wig, cloak or prop. Check the costume’s included pieces first, then use Masks & Props to add only the elements needed to complete the look.
Are masks and props suitable for children?
Only choose an item for a child when its product page and packaging indicate an appropriate age and use. Check for small parts, sharp edges, long cords, restricted vision, heavy construction and material warnings. Adult supervision may still be required. Decorative or costume props should never be treated as protective equipment or functional weapons.
