1. Processing Time (Order Handling)
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Note: During peak seasons (e.g., Halloween, Christmas), processing time may extend to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification if this occurs.
2. Shipping Method & Carrier
We ship exclusively via UPS (United Parcel Service) to ensure reliable tracking and timely delivery.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is calculated after processing is complete:
- Standard Shipping (UPS Ground): 9–13 Business Days - $6.00
- Expedited Shipping (UPS Air): 7–10 Business Days - $10.00
- Urgent Shipping (UPS Air): 3–6 Business Days - $32.00
⚠️ Important: Delivery estimates are provided by UPS. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.
4. Digital & Virtual Product Delivery
For digital products (e.g., printable party templates, e-invitations, or virtual consultation services):
- Delivery is instant or within 24 hours via email.
- No physical shipping is required.
- A download link will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
5. Direct Gift Shipments
Want to surprise someone special? 🎉 You can ship orders directly to the recipient. We do not include invoices or price information inside the package. Please ensure the recipient's address is accurate, as we cannot redirect packages once shipped.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships via UPS, a tracking number will be automatically sent to your email. You can monitor the status of your delivery through the official UPS website.
